The Kuraki KBT-11 WBX is a horizontal CNC milling and boring machine which grants additional flexibility in our manufacturing of parts. The horizontal alignment of the tool head on the Kuraki allows us to precisely create features, especially on very large diameter parts, that would otherwise be very difficult to create. The Kuraki KBT-11 WBX has 72" x 72" x 48" of travel.
The HAAS VF-6 is a CNC vertical milling machine which has 3-axis motion by default. Our VF-6 is also equipped with a HAAS TR310 trunion which provides an additional 2 axes of motion, allowing our VF-6 to complete certain 5-axis milling jobs.
The HAAS VF-9 is a vertical machining center which has 84" x 40" x 30" of xyz travel. The spindle is driven by a 30hp 2-speed gear drive, and is capable of up to 7500 rpm. Dennie's Manufacturing Inc. currently owns and operates two HAAS VF-9 vertical machining centers.
The Mazak 510-C II is a vertical machining center with 41" x 21" x 20" of xyz travel. The Mazak 510-C II's spindle is driven by a 16hp motor which is capable of up to 12000 rpm. Dennie's Mfg. Inc. currently owns and operates two Mazak 510-C II's.
The 48" Webster & Bennet VTL has a maximum swing of 61", allowing it to turn parts up to 61" in diameter. This machine allows us to effectively turn large parts in order to fulfill your manufacturing needs.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
Mitsubishi FA20S Wire EDM
The Mitsubishi FA20S Wire EDM utilizes electrical discharge to cut through work pieces while generating minimal cutting forces. Thus, electrical discharge machining is ideal for work pieces which are very delicate, or have very fragile features. Additionally, electrical discharge wire machines are efficient at cutting harder materials and creating irregular internal profiles.
